Our Rates and how we charge

Our vehicle hire rates are subject to seasonal variation and are determined by factors such as supply, demand, and prevailing market conditions. Please note that rates are only guaranteed at the time they are quoted.

Vehicle rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis. For example, if you hire a vehicle at 8 a.m. and return it at 8 a.m. the following day, this constitutes a one-day rental. Late returns will incur additional charges.

 

All quoted rates include unlimited mileage.

 

Age and License Requirements

Drivers must be 25 years old. 

 

Extension of Hire

Requests for a rental extension must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled return date. While we will make every effort to accommodate extension requests, they are subject to vehicle availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Fuel Policy

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas. Clients are required to return the vehicle with a full tank as well.

 

Child/Booster Seats

Child and booster seats are available for hire at a one-time fee of $20.00 for the duration of the rental. Please provide the age of the child requiring the seat when making your reservation.

 

Additional Driver Fee

An additional driver's charge of $10.00 per day, per driver, applies.

 

Insurance and Credit Card Hold

Clients may purchase our insurance for $13.00 per day. Please note, the policy does not cover damages to tires, rims, hubcaps, windshields, interior damage, or lost/damaged keys and fobs. Additional charges may apply for roadside assistance.

A hold of $250 USD will be placed on the client’s credit card at the time of vehicle delivery. This hold will be released at the end of the rental, pending a damage-free inspection of the vehicle.

 

External Collision Coverage

Some credit card companies and online platforms offer collision coverage benefits. However, such coverage may come with limitations, and clients are advised to carefully verify the details of their policy.

If a client has purchased excess waiver from another provider and is involved in an accident during the rental period, they must pay us for any damages incurred, up to a maximum of $2,000. We will then provide the necessary documentation for the client to reclaim this amount from their insurance provider.

 

Unlimited Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included in the rate of hire.

 

Vehicle Key Policy

Vehicle keys are not waterproof. Clients will be fully responsible for the cost of replacing any lost or damaged keys or key fobs.

 

Non-Smoking Fleet and Cleaning Policy

We maintain a 100% non-smoking fleet. If a vehicle is returned with an offensive odor (e.g., smoke) or excessive interior debris, clients will be charged up to a maximum of $375.00 to cover the cost of professional valet cleaning services.
